What Does Cooperating with Evil Actually Mean?

Does it mean that pro-choice people are agents of Satan disguised as folks like you and me?   Probably not.  Well, it's not likely that Satan would openly announce his whereabouts, so where do you suppose he's hiding?   Wasn't it Jesus who said "Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing."?   What kind of disguises would  two-legged wolves wear today?   Well, I can't speak for you, but I'd be looking closely at those wearing clerical robes and business suits.   I'd be looking closely at those in positions of power and authority.   I'd be looking closely at those whom the public never thinks to question their actions or their intentions.

Didn't Jesus also tell us that many would do evil in his name?    Can you think of any groups or  organizations that could possibly be peddling evil while wearing sheep's clothing?  If there is such a being as Satan and if we could get him to talk to us, here's what he'd most likely say:

No devil worth his salt would ever come out as an evil one.  All I have to do to create havoc and destruction here on Earth is to disguise myself as a promoter of what seems like a good cause;  gather together a flock of mindless Would-Be Do-Gooders; and then from my sacred place of trust and power and in the name of righteousness or some other illusion, I could easily shower evil upon all mankind.   (For the full text of this statement)° 

Some Possibilities:   Lets see. . .  being all but completely ignorant about what the evidence tells us about abortion°. . .  is that cooperating with evil?   Peddling a Medieval fairytale as if it were factual truth°. . .   is that cooperating with evil?   How about murdering abortion doctors and  burning down  health care clinics?  Or sexually molesting little boys?    And hypocrisy?°    Lies of omission?°   Harassment?  Intimidation?   Could any of these things be considered  cooperating with evil?    And for those who preach Christian righteousness, where does ignoring the Bible fit into this?

And what about being a prominent member of an organization the has a  2000-year-long, bloody legacy of intolerance,  intimidation and harassment, intentional deception,  lies of omission,  political and sexual repression,  heterosexual and homosexual hypocrisy,  religious and racial bigotry,  political tyranny and subjugation,  violence, vandalism, arson, and murder?

Perhaps Bishop Burke's predecessors were  cooperating with Jesus when they murdered Hipatia and burned the Library at Alexandria.°  Or when they publicly executed Nicholas Copernicus for the heinous crime of saying the world was flat.   Or when they murdered William Tyndale for translating the Bible from Latin to English.° 

And of course, the Spanish Inquisition was an act worthy of Godly rewards.    And murdering over one-hundred-thousand people as witches was all in  day's work.   Then there's Homosexual Pope Leo scamming the people by selling indulgences.°    Pope Leo throwing parties with naked little boys coming out of cakes must have been the high point of church blessings because Pope Leo's behavior  inspired Martin Luther's famous revolt against Roman Catholic dogma°  which sparked a major rebellion and triggered the European revolution know as the Reformation.   

But some will say that's all history.   We can forget about it.   Sure!  Let's forget about Hitler, too.   If you examine the present day activities of the forced- motherhood  leaders, you'll notice that they are almost exclusively conservative, right-wing, religious extremists.   You'll also notice that the Medieval legacy of unethical, immoral, and criminal behavior continues unabated.°   The surface of the corruption  has been whitewashed and behavior has been adjusted to fit present day circumstances, but otherwise it's business as usual.  

Finding the Rotten Apples:   So how do we find those who are cooperating with evil?°   Again we turn to the words of the Great Master:   "By their fruits you shall know them."   Here are four pages that talk about the consequences (the fruits) of outlawing abortion.

And another way to find those who are cooperating with evil is to take note of the company they keep.   Here's a list of the world's most famous anti-abortionists.°    Bishop Burke certainly is in good company.

About the Sacrament of Communion:   

According to Christian theology, the Sacrament of Communion is a grace providing tool for human spiritual growth and sanctification.  It's purpose is to bring humans closer to God.

Theology is divided on the meaning of the wafer.  In strict Catholic tradition, the wafer is declared to literally be the body of Christ.   It is transformed from a wafer of bread into the body of Christ by God's grace.   The transformation occurs  as a result of the  invocations and the rituals of the priest.   

For those who do not follow the strict Catholic tradition, Communion is considered to be an energetic sacrament.   According to this belief,  it's not the physical wafer, itself, that's important; it's God's grace which has entered the wafer at the calling (the invocation) of the priest.  This is similar to the 'breath of life," which according to Genesis 2:7,°  enters an existing physical physical form and transforms it into a living being.   The Life ( the Divine Grace, the Love from God)  is in the spirit, not in the wafer, itself.   You can read several additional Biblical passages which  refer to what is called "the spirit" entering and/or leaving the physical form;  passages such as  Job 33:4,°   Ezekiel 37:1-10,°    Ecclesiastes 12:7,°   and   Ecclesiastes 11:5, RSV.°    

The traditional longstanding idea is that if you have sinned you cannot receive communion until you are exonerated of your sins by confessing before a priest, promising not to sin again, and then praying to God as penance.   Communion is considered a type of reward for good behavior.

Some of the more modern theologians  say that because Communion is a grace providing tool, it should be used to assist sinners to return to God whether or not they have confessed their sins before a priest.

Regardless of the beliefs about nature of this sacrament, to deny Communion to a parishioner is, in essence, denying him or her access to God's grace.   According to Christian theology, this could result in the person never reaching a state of grace and never entering heaven.   The Christian Bible, in Mark 9:42,°   clearly addresses the issue of keeping someone from God.   The punishment for such action is rather severe.

The evidence tells us that Reverend Raymond Burke, Archbishop in the Roman Catholic Church, has made a public spectacle of himself and shown his ignorance to the entire world by publicly declaring that he would deny the Sacrament of Communion to pro-choice politicians.    When we look at his resume',°  we'd think that a man with that much training and twenty-five years of experience as an ordained priest would know what  grace is and that he'd also know what the Bible says about the consequences of deny someone the Sacrament of Communion.   Perhaps it's time for him to think about retiring.

Who Among Us Is Cooperating with Evil?

1)    Archbishop Burke is "cooperating with evil" by denying the truth expressed in his own Christian Bible.    Genesis 2:7°   Job 33:4°  and   Ecclesiastes 11:5, RSV° 

2)   Archbishop Burke is "cooperating with evil" by ignoring what his own Roman Catholic Encyclopedia° says about when life begins.  He makes a big deal about protecting what he calls " innocent life," but he fails to tell us how he knows or is sure that life is in the physical body and not in the spirit that inhabits the physical body.

3)   Archbishop Burke is "cooperating with evil" by denying religious freedom°   to literally billions of Christians and non Christians alike.

4)   Archbishop Burke is "cooperating with evil" by supporting an anti-abortion position that has absolutely no biblical authorization.   (Bishop Burke, can you show us anything in the Christian Bible that says life begins° at conception?   Like maybe, perhaps, possibly, could it be that   Genesis 2:7°   Job 33:4°  and   Ecclesiastes 11:5, RSV°  are just not in your Bible?)

Perhaps he is not aware of what the Christian Bible says about denying scripture or adding to it.   Again here, the punishment from God is rather severe.

5)   Archbishop Burke is "cooperating with evil" by basing his anti-abortion position on a Medieval fairytale handed down to him by people who believed the Earth was flat.°  These are the same people who wantonly  murdered Nicholas Copernicus to prove they were right.

6)   Archbishop Burke is "cooperating with evil" by denying  freedom of speech° to those who support a women's right to decide for herself whether or not to become a mother.

7)   Archbishop Burke is "cooperating with evil" by defying the United Sates Constitution,°  the intent of which was to honor all religions and to prevent any one religion from passing its doctrine into secular law.

8)   Forty Thousand Innocent (already-born) Children Starve to Death Every Day°  or die of curable diseases.    How can anyone ignore a problem of this magnitude and still call themselves pro-life.    Bishop Burk may be pro-embryo, but he's certainly not "pro-life."

9)   He supports  cutting off funds to the health clinics° which serve desperate women with starving children in third-world countries simply because those clinics offers birth control information.

10)   Present estimates are that life forms on Earth are becoming extinct at the rate of one per hour - - that 8,760 extinctions per year -- an extinction rate equaled only by the demise of the dinosaurs.   How can anyone ignore a problem of this magnitude and still call themselves pro-life.    Archbishop Burk may be pro-embryo, but he's certainly not "pro-life."

11)   Archbishop Burke and his compatriots distort the truth,° peddle guilt and shame, and pollute the minds of every woman who has ever had an abortion,^°  by calling them “ baby murderers.”

12)   Archbishop Burke is "cooperating with evil" by proclaiming that sex is for procreation purposes only.°

Wouldn't you think that a person with that many skeletons in his own closet would at least be smart enough to shut his mouth and avoid a public fray that could seriously undermine his own future in the Roman Catholic hierarchy?

Apparently not.   He and his fellow religious leaders are willing to use any means they can°  to force the rest of us to live under their religious tyranny.   And this entire fight is not really about abortion or saving babies.°    It's about money, power and politics.° 

Apparently, Bishop Burke thinks we are all like his mindless Roman Catholic sheep who simply shut up and go along with the lie out or fear, apathy, ignorance, or incompetence.   It's time for the real Christians to wake up and take back Christianity.

Let's Examine the Evidence  --  Prove Your Claims:

Well gentlemen, now that you have brought your religious proclamations into our government's legislative bodies  and  now that you claim your religious beliefs are the reasons  why abortion should the illegal for everyone regardless of whether or not the adhere to your religion, we challenge you to prove that what you say is true.

1)   Prove when life begins.° 

2)   Prove that a human being is his/her physical body.° 

3)    Prove that God's instantaneous, supernatural, transcendental, conception, magic act°  is true.   Show us where the Christian Bible supports such a claim.   

4)    Tell us the truth about  Genesis 2:7°  Job 33:4°  and   Ecclesiastes 11:5, RSV.° 

5)    And while you are at it, prove that reincarnation is not true.   Prove that a human being is not an eternal being who simply inhabits a human body.° 

If you cannot prove your claims, then you are forcing your religious beliefs onto the rest of us.    And that, in case you don't know it, is called religious tyranny.   Our Founding Fathers fought, lived, and died to oppose religious bigots who cooperated with evil.°   Would you like to read what they said about the relationship between religion and government?°

Bishop Burke,  why are you and the hierarchy of Roman Catholic Church Are in Bed with the Godless Ego-atheists°  who, behind the scenes, own the structures that control the Republican party?   Why are you not appalled at what the excessively wealthy ego-atheist who run the multi-billion-dollar, multi-national corporations are doing°  to your fellow Catholics and to all the rest of us.   Unless you are incredible stupid, you must know that without the support of you and your fellow so-call-Christian leaders, Satan's multi-millionaire ego-atheists could never take control our government.

One has only to give a cursory glance at history to realize that when religious zealots are in positions of power, they resort to violence to impose their ways onto others.   If we sit back and allow your cooperation with evil to continue unchallenged, we are also wise enough to understand that we are headed for still another cycle of deception, violence, repression, and mass murder.°

1)   That you and your fellow church leaders  end your hypocrisy and actually practice what you preach,° 

2)   That you follow the Christian truths as expressed by the Master Jesus,

3)   That you stop the religious charades°  such as:

a)  Pretending you know what God wants us to do,°   (More Evidence)° 

b)  Declaring exclusive access to God,

b)  Peddling as truth an absolutely unprovable Medieval fairytale°  about  God doing a conception magic act,

c)   Claiming your leader to be infallible,° 

b)  That you pay attention to the Bible passages you now so conveniently ignore,° 

4)   That you end the cycle of lies of omission, violence, intimidation, arson, and secret criminal behavior.°
